The Villages West is a gated community conveniently located in Melville, New York, between the Long Island Expressway (Exit 49N) and the Northern State Parkway (Exit 40S). The residents of our 259 single family homes, townhouses, villas, attached ranches and condominium units, which is organized as a homeowners association (“HOA”), have the use of the jogging trail, clubhouse, tennis courts, basketball court, outdoor swimming pool, children’s wading pool and playground within our 68 acres, and enjoy the activities planned by and for our residents who range in age from the very young to the young at heart. Every homeowner is as a member of the HOA and subject to Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions and By-Laws, which are enforced by a seven member board of the HOA, elected by the residents to maintain the quality and value of the homes in the community.
